At The Tuner Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your performance upgrades. If a part doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, uninstalled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Facility

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned parts, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
