How long does shipping take for performance parts?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For oversized items like exhaust systems or body kits, delivery may take 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination.
What is your return policy for installed parts?
To ensure safety and quality, we only accept returns on items in their original, uninstalled condition within 30 days of purchase. Parts that have been mounted or used are not eligible for return.
Are the parts sold at The Tuner Store covered by a warranty?
All products carry the full manufacturer's warranty. The Tuner Store also provides a 90-day guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our tracking portal where you can monitor your package in real-time.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order may have already entered our fulfillment process and would need to be processed as a return.
