- Orders processed Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Central time. Excludes holidays.
- Most vehicles require at least two tuning credits. View the HP Tuners Supported Vehicle List.
- Digital assets like tuning credits are non-refundable once they have been processed by our team or HP Tuners. You must speak to us via phone during business hours to cancel a request if needed.
When the credits are successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from Tuner Store. These are done during business hours M-F rather quickly. If you need help on the weekend, please text us (205-358-4052) if they're not processed within 15 minutes. We're not open on the weekends, but we try to be as helpful as possible.
Once credits have been loaded to your serial number, all sales are final. No returns.
Note: You will need to resync your HP Tuner device to see your credits - there is no code that needs to be entered into the MPVI2 & MPVI2+, MPVI3, & MPVI4 devices.
